Join NZCCSS and Lifewise as they bring you more from the Big Sleepout 2025. This online event is more than just a follow-up—it’s a space to listen, learn, and act. Facilitated by Alicia Sudden, CEO of NZCCSS, and opened by Pam Elgar, Chair of Methodist Mission Northern, the webinar brings together leading voices and lived experiences to inspire real change.

Meet the Panel

Along with the Lifewise CE, Haehaetu Barrett, the panel is comprised of powerful voices and advocates:

  • SIX – A journalist and advocate who brings us into the vibrant yet challenging world of Auckland’s Karangahape Road. Once homeless herself, SIX uses her platform to highlight the unique struggles faced by the LGBTQ+ community.
  • Shogun – Alongside his friend Sonny Jim, Shogun undertook a self-led “homeless experiment,” spending 48 hours living rough on the streets of central Auckland. His raw and honest Facebook livestreams drew over 100,000 views.
  • Rob Campbell – AUT’s Chancellor and a prominent voice in social justice and equity, bringing insight into systemic challenges and opportunities for change.

Why You Should Join
