Parenting Through Separation

How to help your kids when you separate

 

Separating from your partner or spouse is usually stressful, but the effects of this can be minimised for your children.

This free, four hour course provides a wealth of information and well-proven ideas that will benefit you and your children.

There is no charge to attend – the course is funded by the Ministry of Justice, through the Family Courts – please call 09-818-6834 (weekdays 8:30am to 5:00pm) to book a spot.

All Parenting Through Separation Courses are conducted at Lifewise Family Services, 3131 Great North Rd, New Lynn. We run the occasional course at Te Whare Oranga ō Parakai in Helensville – Term One dates TBC. Please contact Jess 09 818 0205 if you are keen to register your interest for a Helensville course and we will let you know when we have a course confirmed.
